About these terms

This website is run by Mon Mon LLC ("Mon Mon", "we"), [Business mailing address, Orem, Utah]. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our shipping policy and our returns policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
• Your order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we ship it, and we may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.
• You can cancel your own order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it, from your account or from the link in your order confirmation email. After that, items can be returned for store credit as described in our returns policy; money is refunded to your card only when the mistake was ours (a damaged or wrong item).
• When you click Checkout we hold your items for a short time so they are available to pay for. If you don't pay in time, the hold ends.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Discount codes are single use and can't be combined unless we say so. Store credit codes never expire, work for one checkout (any unused balance is issued as a new code), have no cash value, and are the holder's to look after: we can't replace a lost or shared code.
• Product photos and colors are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else is using your account.

Reviews

Only customers who bought a product can review it. By posting a review you let us display it on the site. Reviews must be honest and about the product, and must not include anything unlawful, abusive or private. We may edit for length or decline to publish any review.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's accounts or data, or to place orders with stolen payment details or automated tools.

Our content

The designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Mon Mon LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Warranty and liability

We take care to sell good products, but the site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, without any promises beyond those the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [County], Utah, unless the law says otherwise. Please contact us first at [contact email]; most problems can be fixed quickly.
