Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We can't ship to other countries yet. We ship to street addresses; please check your address carefully at checkout.

What shipping costs

• Shipping is a flat $8.00 per order.
• Shipping is free when your order is $75.00 or more, before any discount code and before tax.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.

How long it takes

• Processing: we pack and ship orders within [1 to 3 business days]. Your order is not shipped during its first 1 hour, because that is when you can cancel it for a full refund: sign in and open the order in your account, or select View your order in your confirmation email, then select Cancel order (see our returns policy).
• Delivery: once shipped, most orders arrive within [2 to 7 business days].

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, weather and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also find it on your order page.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived a week after the estimate, email us at [contact email] with your order number and we will make it right. If an item arrives damaged, or it is the wrong item, email us photos of it with the tag still attached within 30 days of delivery; we send a prepaid return label, then a replacement or a refund to your card.
